Funimation Nabs International Rights For “Drifters” Releases Clip

Funimation, North America’s most dominant player in the industry have acquired the international rights for broacast distribution, home entertainment and VOD for “Drifters.” The upcoming fall 2016 anime created by same creative team behind “Hellsing” and with illustrations and plot by none other Kouta Hirano. The creator of “Hellsing”.

The clip above is a mash-up of two episodes released with the Japanese edition manga.

Funimation first announced the news at an industry panel for Anime Expo 2016. The “Drifters” manga have sold a whopping 1.5 million copies globally in five languages, according to publisher Dark Horse Comics. The anime will be available on FunimationNow October 2016. You can find the manga on Amazon and the Dark Horse Comics shop, three volumes have been published.
